Treasures

In the shop you can find a bunch of treasures.
These treasures can be bought and opened with gems.
When opening a treasure you will get one or more random rewards.
The rewards you get from treasures are always cosmetics such as skins, avatars, hats or emotes.

Default rewards

On the left side you can see all the default rewards you can get in the treasure.
Each time you open the treasure you will get one of the default rewards.
You can not get rewards which you already own so you can not get duplicates.
This means that you can no longer receive default rewards if you own all the rewards. (see recycle tokens)

Extra rewards

The more rare rewards are shown on the right of the treasure as "Extra Rewards".
These extra rewards are not guaranteed to drop when you open a treasure.
Instead there is a chance you can get one of the items for each rarity.
The different rarities have different odds which means it's more likely you get a rare rewards than an ultra rare reward.
You can hover over the info icon ( i ) to see the odds you have for each rarity.

Escalating odds

The extra rewards use escalating odds, this basically means that the odds become better each time you open a treasure.
For example the first time it might be 1 out of 25 and the second time 1 out of 20.
So the more treasures you open the higher the chances are to get extra rewards.
When you receive an extra reward the odds for that rarity are reset again.
You can click on the info icon ( i ) to see the odds table, this table shows the list of odds for each opening.

Recycle tokens

If you have received all default rewards and you are not lucky with the extra rewards you will not receive any rewards.
Each time this happens you will receive 1 recycle token.
If you have 3 recycle tokens you can open the treasure for free.
This means that every 4th treasure can be opened for free if you're not getting any rewards.
