Reporting bugs

If you encounter an issue in the game please report it.

We have an in game bug reporting tool which will attach a bunch of useful information into your bug report.

This page will cover details on the best ways to report bugs.

Discord

First of all you can just send a message on Discord.

Use the #feedback-game-development channel to send your message.

To help us understand your bug reports please include at least a screenshot and ideally a short video.

For in game issues please use the in game bug report tool.

On the top right you will find a bug icon, click this within 10 seconds after you encounter an issue.

Then finish the match and you will be prompted to submit the bug report.

Please write a descriptive title and description to help us understand what issue you are encountering.

The bugs reported with the in game bug report tool can be found on the bugs site.

Additionally we have a public Trello board where you can see tasks including bugs.
