Account Recovery

Account recovery is a process of recovering access to your player account.

WE CAN NOT HELP YOU RECOVER A GUEST ACCOUNT

Request lost password

This is the recommended way to recover your account and should work in most cases.
If you also lost access to your email account then scroll down to the support section.

1. click the **Forgotten your password **button on the landing page
   
2. After clicking it, it will show the screen in the image below.
   You should insert the email address of your account.
   
3. You will receive an email from Curve Fever Pro for a Password Request.
   From the email, click on the link Reset Password to set a new password for your account.
4. Insert your new Password and Confirm password.
   Click the CHANGE button to change your password.
   You will automatically sign in to the game and you successfully recovered your account.
   

Recover A Deleted Account

1. After successfully deleting your account, you will receive an email regarding it with your User ID.
2. To recover a deleted account, you are required to send an email to support@curvefever.com by providing your User ID in the email.
   Please wait for further replies as we will reach you out as soon as possible.

Navigate to https://support.curvefever.pro and create a ticket.
Alternatively send an email to: support@curvefever.com

In order to verify account ownership we require some sort of proof that you own said account.
We usually require proof of payment from purchases you've made in the shop.
